Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Oct. 19 docket:
- Sherry Kirtley Cambron, 49, of 151 Smith Ridge Road, Lot 21, in Campbellsville, sentenced to two years' probation on charge of theft by unlawful taking more than $500, pleaded guilty Sept. 27, ordered to pay $500 in restitution.
- Justin D. Sanders, 21, of 926 Boxwood Court in Lexington, receiving less than $10,000 in stolen property, dismissed without prejudice with defendant stipulating probable cause for arrest.
- Christopher Thompson, 35, of 314 Clem Haskins Blvd. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty in two separate cases to two counts of flagrant non-support, prosecutor recommends five years' probation to be served at the same time as sentences in other cases, order to make payments, formal sentencing set for Nov. 16.
- James C. Warren, 21, of 104 Deerfield Road in Campbellsville, granted five-year pretrial diversion on 45 counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks, pleaded guilty Sept. 22, to be sentenced to serve five years in prison if fails terms, ordered to complete Alcohol Recovery Center program and pay $1,522.87 in restitution, final disposition set for Oct. 20, 2015.
