On Taylor Circuit Judge Allan Bertram's April 7 docket:
- Jake Allen Squires, 20, of 716 Lebanon Ave. in Campbellsville was sentenced to serve four years in prison after pleading guilty to tampering with a drug test. A charge of being a second-degree persistent felony offender charged was dismissed.
According to court records, Squires used dog urine instead of his own while taking a drug test. Squires' four-year sentence is to be served after he completes any other sentences he may be serving.
