Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's May 7 docket:

• Jane A. Buck, 43, of 407B N. Jackson St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, amended down from second-degree robbery, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $500 fine and $40 in restitution to Walmart; charge of tampering with physical evidence dismissed.

• Christopher Burress, 37, of 1237 Ashland Ave. in Louisville, pleaded guilty to flagrant nonsupport, granted five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve three years in prison if fails terms, ordered to pay child support payments, final disposition set for May 8, 2018.

• Henry Goff, 68, of 840 New Columbia Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to facilitation to commit second-degree forgery, amended down from second-degree forgery, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $500 fine.

• Cameron Posey, 30, of 198 Posey Bend Road in Greensburg, sentenced to five years' probation on two counts of flagrant nonsupport pleaded guilty to in March.
