Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's May 8 docket:
• James Keith Davis, 26, of 109 Coakley St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended down from first-degree selling a controlled substance, granted a five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve three years in prison if fails terms, ordered to pay $280 in restitution to the Kentucky State Police, final disposition set for May 2, 2017.
• Martie A. Henderson Jr., 23, of 6302 S. Third St. in Louisville, pleaded guilty to first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault, sentenced to serve a year in prison to be completed at the same time as a sentence in an Adair County case; charges of first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree criminal abuse and being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.
• James R. Reynolds, 28, of 939 Underwood Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to four counts of third-degree criminal possession of forged checks, amended down from four counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $500 fine.
• Patricia Wooley, 53, of 206 Cedar St. in Campbellsville, completed three-year diversion granted in May 2009 after pleading guilty, charge of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks dismissed.
