On Taylor Circuit Court Senior Status Judge Doughlas M. George's April 21 docket:

- Timothy A. Beams, 41, of 3500 Hodgenville Road in Campbellsville, April 2004 diversion completed, third-degree arson dismissed.

- Jonathyn Dwight Gilpin, 38, of 71 Smith Ridge Road in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation on two counts of flagrant non-support; ordered to pay $30,448.46 in restitution to the Kentucky Division of Child Support and remain current on child support payments.

- Danny Ray Hatfield, 35, of 93 Anna Court in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation for flagrant non-support; ordered to pay $7,426.12 in restitution and remain current on child support payments.

- Jennifer Denise Lefever, 32, of 202 Bibb St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty, driving on a license suspended for DUI, second offense, and third-offense DUI; granted five-year pretrial diversion; failure to maintain required insurance dismissed; 60 days in jail, credit given for 26 days already served; license suspended for two years. Case to be reviewed April 22, 2014.

- Paul Nance, 55, of 201 E. Walnut St. in Campbellsville, 43 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor dismissed without prejudice, indicted by federal grand jury.

- Anthony Lebrone Robinson, 38, of 809 Blue Bird Drive in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation for theft by unlawful taking more than $300; ordered to pay $12,076 in restitution.

- Christopher Carl Robb, 25, of 220 1/2 Vaughn St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, receiving more than $300 in stolen property, tampering with physical evidence, obscuring the identity of a machine and intimidating a participant in a legal proceeding; prosecutor recommends five-year sentence, serve 180 days in jail and pay $1,350 in restitution to Ratliff Motors. Sentencing is July 14.

- Ike William Underwood, 27, of 10051 Saloma Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support; granted five-year pretrial diversion; ordered to pay $15,200 in restitution and remain current on child support payments. Case to be reviewed April 22, 2014.

- Steve Lane Underwood, 54, of 206 S. Court St. in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation on two counts of both first- and second-degree selling a controlled substance; possession of less than 8 ounces of marijuana dismissed; ordered to pay $500 fine and forfeit $588 to the Campbellsville Police Department Drug Elimination Fund.

On Taylor Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram's April 21 docket:

- James Cody Armstrong, 24, of 1214 Red Fern Road in Campbellsville, five-year pretrial diversion granted for first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of less than 8 ounces of marijuana. Case to be reviewed April 22, 2014.

- Tricia Lynn Burke, 37, of 53 Anna Court in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to selling a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, DUI with aggravating circumstances, possession of marijuana, possession of drug supplies and having a controlled substance not in its original container; sentenced to two years' probation and granted three-year pretrial diversion; four days in jail, credit given for four days already served, ordered to attend treatment, alcohol and drug education program, license suspended for 30 days. Final disposition set for April 17, 2012.

- Claude Bart Huckaby, 57, of 132 Ray Court in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to use and investment of drug related income; criminal syndicate charge dismissed; granted five-year pretrial diversion; ordered to forfeit money, vehicles and personal property seized and testify against co-defendants if necessary. Final disposition set for April 22, 2014.

- Leon David Satterfield, 35, of 220 Slate Creek Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay restitution.

- Jonathan Wesley Sharpe, 23, of 115 Golf Course Road in Greensburg, pleaded guilty to nine counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks; granted 18-month diversion and ordered to complete Taylor County Drug Court program. Final disposition set for Nov. 16, 2010.
