Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly’s Jan. 17 docket:

  •  Jeremy S. Akers, 33, of East Lemon Bend Road in Campbellsville, five-year probation sentence revoked after being convicted of making methamphetamine in Cumberland County, sentenced to serve four years in prison on third-degree burglary charge pleaded guilty to Jan. 6, 2011, sentence to be served at the same time as a Cumberland County sentence.
  •  Joshua Paul Cash, 28, of 204 Arbor Lane in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years’ probation on two counts of first-degree selling a controlled substance and three counts of selling 8 ounces to less than 5 pounds of marijuana pleaded guilty to in November, to serve 180 days in jail as alternative sentence.
  •  Brian Hash, 31, of 247B Arbor Lane in Campbellsville, two counts of first-degree selling a controlled substance dismissed with leave to re-indict after defendant serves federal sentence.
  •  Alvin D. Johnson, 48, of 8519 Glenridge Court in Louisville, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support, granted five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve three years in prison if fails terms, ordered to make child support payments as scheduled, case set for review Jan. 17, 2017.
  •  Joyce Mattingly, 54, of 551 Blue Ridge Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to first-degree wanton endangerment, amended down from first-degree assault, prosecutor recommends three years probation and $1,000 fine, sentencing set for Feb. 21; pleaded guilty to DUI, license suspended for 30 days and ordered to pay $200 fine.
  •  Marvin Perry Rooker, 64, of 705 Dell St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to growing more than five marijuana plants and selling 8 ounces or more but less than 5 pounds of marijuana, granted five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve three years in prison if fails terms, ordered to forfeit items held as evidence by the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office and to pay $1,000 fine, case set for review Jan. 17, 2017; pleaded guilty to possession of drug supplies and possession of marijuana, sentenced to two years’ probation.
