It is the policy of the Central Kentucky News-Journal to publish public records as they are reported by various agencies. Names appearing in "Circuit Court Action" are published without exception, to preserve the fairness and impartiality of the CKNJ and as a news service to our readers.

Court records filed on June 30 by Taylor Circuit Judge Allan Bertram:

- Melinda Susan Spell, 34, of 324 Eastport Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty March 30 to possession of drug supplies, amended from a second offense, sentenced to two years' probation with the charge to be expunged after completes sentence; charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana dismissed.

- Bobbi Rutledge Reynolds, 37, of 2176 Coakley Road in Campbellsville, sentenced March 2 to serve 11 days in jail and five years' probation after pleading guilty in January to facilitation to commit criminal syndication, amended from criminal syndication.

- Tina Gutierrez Porter, 42, of 113 E. Walnut St. in Campbellsville, granted three-year pretrial diversion Dec. 22 after pleading guilty earlier in the month to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and DUI, ordered to pay $200 fine, attend an alcohol and drug education course and have her license suspended for 90 days, to be sentenced to serve two years in prison if fails terms of diversion, case set for final disposition Dec. 18, 2012.

- Tera Childers, 26, of 6004 Russell Springs Road in Columbia, pleaded guilty April 20 to possession of drug supplies, amended from a second offense, possession of marijuana and public intoxication, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and treatment; charge of being a second-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

- Douglas D. Thompson, 38, of 203 Shady Lane in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty June 22 to facilitation to commit first-degree selling cocaine, amended down from first-degree selling cocaine, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $500 fine.

Court records filed on July 1 by Taylor Circuit Judge Allan Bertram:

- Steven M. Wilson, 29, of 212 E. Walnut St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty June 8 to first-degree criminal trespass, amended from second-degree burglary, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and treatment; charge of being a second-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

- Heather Marie Wilson, 21, of 255 W. Martin Road in Campbellsville, 14 counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks dismissed Feb. 16 with prejudice and probable cause stipulated, restitution has been paid and parties involved have agreed.

- Tommy Joe Whitlock, 50, of 521 Walling Ave. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty April 20 to theft by unlawful taking less than $500, amended down from theft by unlawful taking more than $500, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $734 in restitution.

- Craig A. Vernon, 30, of 3910 Finley Ridge Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty Jan. 5 to possession of drug supplies, amended from a second offense, and possession of marijuana, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay a $100 fine.

- Connie Frances Tungate, 43, of 42 Milder Creek Road in Campbellsville, charges of first-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct dismissed Feb. 16 with prejudice and probable cause stipulated because defendant was determined not competent to stand trial.

- Duane L. Thompson, 24, of 132 Ray Court in Campbellsville, charge of criminal syndication dismissed June 8 without prejudice with probable cause stipulated because case has been resolved with co-defendants.
