Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Dec. 4 docket:
• Adam Edwards, 24, of 211 Shady Lane in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation on charges of theft by unlawful taking less than $10,000, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree robbery pleaded guilty to in two separate cases in November, ordered to serve 60 days in jail as an alternative sentence and pay $7,202.50 in restitution; sentenced to five years' probation on charge of receiving $300 or more in stolen property after having pretrial diversion voided in separate case for pleading guilty to the other charges.
• Teddy Dewayne Hall Jr., 19, of 402 Sharon Drive in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, amended down from first-degree robbery, granted a three-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve two years in prison if fails terms, ordered to pay $1,000 fine, final disposition Dec. 8, 2015, prosecutor stated that charge can be dismissed earlier if defendant graduates.
• Alexander Hill, 19, of 1 University Drive in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, amended down from first-degree robbery, granted a three-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve two years in prison if fails terms, ordered to pay $1,000 fine, final disposition Dec. 8, 2015, prosecutor stated that charge can be dismissed earlier if defendant graduates.
• Rebecca Maggard, 28, of 710 High Pine, Apt. 32, in Campbellsville, completed two-year pretrial diversion, charges of third-degree burglary and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor pleaded guilty to in December 2010 dismissed.
• Julian L. Underwood, 27, of 218 Bridgeport Circle in Columbia, pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery, prosecutor recommends five years' probation and orders to serve 180 days in jail as alternative sentence and pay $2,400 in restitution, formal sentencing set for Jan. 8; charge of being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

• Jaclyn L. Bland, 32, of 200 Waters Road in Campbellsville, five-year probation sentence revoked for failure to complete treatment, sentenced to serve five years in prison on three counts of first-degree possession of counterfeit money and 12 counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks pleaded guilty to in February in three separate cases.
• Rheuban James Combs, 29, of 2247 Raikes Hill Road in Elk Horn, completed terms of pretrial diversion, charges of third-degree burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking more than $300 pleaded guilty to in December 2007 dismissed.
• Anthony Wayne Horton, 28, of 1346 Taylor Ford Road in Columbia, completed terms of pretrial diversion, charge of receiving $300 or more in stolen property pleaded guilty to in December 2007 dismissed.
