Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Jan. 22 docket:

• Adam Christopher Hicks, 26, of 10 Sassy Court in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty in two separate cases to second-degree burglary and receiving more than $500 in stolen property, prosecutor recommends five years' probation and 90 days in jail as an alternative sentence, with credit given for time already served, formal sentencing set for Feb. 19.

• Joseph A. Madson, 35, of 149 Tabernacle Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty in six separate cases to theft by unlawful taking more than $500, 34 counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks and two counts of identity theft, prosecutor recommends 10 years' probation and orders to pay $2,866.48 in restitution, sentencing set for Feb. 19; six counts of being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

• Ricky aka Rickey D. Spaw, 39, of 309 Pitman Ave. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, amended down from possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, prosecutor recommends three years' probation and order to pay $1,000 fine, sentencing set for Feb. 19; charge of being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

• Jarrell Votzie, 35, of 4202 Bluff Road in Indianapolis, Ind., pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking less than $500, amended down from second-degree robbery, possession of methamphetamine, amended down from first-degree possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug supplies and possession of marijuana, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to serve 120 days in jail and $500 fine.
