Records filed by Taylor Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram on Nov. 29:
• Ricky McDonald, 19, of 212 E. Walnut St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty on Oct. 9 to theft by unlawful taking less than $500, amended down from first-degree burglary, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $500 in restitution.
• Michael J. Wethington, 27, of 1923 Reids Chapel Road in Campbellsville, prosecution deferred on Nov. 9 for a year on charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance; charges of second-degree possession of a controlled substance and having one headlight dismissed.
• Michael Wayne Johnson, 24, of 507 Willow Way #A in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty on Nov. 20 in three separate cases to receiving more than $500 in stolen property and two counts of theft by unlawful taking more than $500, granted a five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve five years in prison if fails terms, ordered to complete Taylor County Drug Court program, final disposition set for Nov. 21, 2017.
• Carla Faye McClister, 31, of 415 Durham Lane in Greensburg, pleaded guilty on Oct. 9 to theft by unlawful taking more than $500, granted a three-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve two years in prison if fails terms, final disposition set for Oct. 13, 2015.
• Chris Dalton Smothers, 29, of 117 Roberta Court in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to more than $500 but less than $10,000 in fraudulent use of a credit card, granted a five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve five years in prison if fails terms, ordered to pay $1,086.28 in restitution and to complete the Taylor County Drug Court program, final disposition set for Nov. 7, 2017; charges of theft by unlawful taking less than $500 and being a second-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.
• Tony Lee Skaggs, 39, of 1285 Tom Stearman Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty on Oct. 9 to third-degree burglary, amended down from first-degree burglary, granted a five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve five years in prison if fails terms, ordered to serve 180 days in jail with credit given for time already served and pay $400 in restitution, final disposition Oct. 10, 2017.
