Records filed by Taylor Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram on Nov. 1:

William M. Edwards, 32, of 401 Milby St. in Greensburg, pleaded guilty Aug. 17 to second-degree selling oxycodone, amended from a first-degree charge; granted five-year pretrial diversion Sept. 21, to be sentenced to serve four years in prison if fails terms, ordered to serve 150 days in jail, with credit given for eight days already served, and to pay $700 to the Campbellsville Police Department Drug Elimination Fund, final disposition set for Sept. 22, 2015.


Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Nov. 2 docket:

Carla Lee Davis, 38, of 615 Westport Road #105 in Elizabethtown, pleaded guilty to second-degree selling controlled substance, sentenced to five years' probation; charge of being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

Everett Ferrell, 31, of 103 Lyon St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support, prosecutor recommends five years' probation or until arrearage is satisfied, ordered to make child support payments, sentencing set for Dec. 7; charge of being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

Derek Salyers, 23, of 824 Farmers Ridge Road in Elk Horn, pleaded guilty to receiving more than $500 in stolen property, granted three-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve a year in jail if fails terms, ordered to pay $1,000 fine, case set for review Nov. 5, 2013.
