Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's March 22 docket:

  •  Melissa Jean Bell, 29, of 106 Ashton Drive in Campbellsville, completed terms of diversion granted in April 2010, charge of welfare fraud dismissed.
  •  Dustin Cole Burton, 23, of 121 Hunter Trace in Campbellsville, charges of receiving more than $300 in stolen property and complicity to receiving a stolen firearm dismissed, after agreement reached in cases in other counties.
  •  James Douglas Ewing, 48, of 109 Hillview Terrace, Apt. 9, in Greensburg, charges of second-degree burglary, complicity to second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking more than $300 and complicity to theft by unlawful taking more than $300 dismissed, after agreement reached in cases in other counties.
  •  Lemanuell Fisher, 28, of 437 W. Main St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to non-support, amended from flagrant non-support, sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $500 fine.
  •  Bobby J. Wright, 25, of 620 E. Main St., Lot 14, in Lebanon, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support, granted five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve three years in prison if violates terms, ordered to pay child support, final disposition set for March 22, 2016.
