On Senior Status Judge Doughlas M. George's March 20 docket:

- Anthony Lebrone Robinson, 38, of 809 Blue Bird Drive in Russell Springs pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking more than $300. An additional count of theft by unlawful taking more than $300 and a charge of being a second-degree persistent felony offender were dismissed.

The prosecutor has recommended that Robinson receive a three-year sentence to be served at the same time as a sentence in another case and that he be ordered to pay restitution.
