On Senior Status Judge Doughlas M. George's March 20 docket:

- Anthony Lebrone Robinson, 38, of 809 Blue Bird Drive in Russell Springs pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking more than $300. An additional count of theft by unlawful taking more than $300 and a charge of being a second-degree persistent felony offender were dismissed.

The prosecutor has recommended that Robinson receive a three-year sentence to be served at the same time as a sentence in another case and that he be ordered to pay restitution.

Formal sentencing is set for April 21. Court records also list his address as 1445 Lakeway Drive in Campbellsville.

On Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram's March 27 docket:

- Gary Lee Smothers, 53, of Airview Apartments #32 in Campbellsville was sentenced to three years' probation on a charge of second-degree selling hydrocodone, which he pleaded guilty to in February.

He was also ordered to pay $175 in restitution to the Campbellsville Police Department Drug Elimination Fund.

- James Cody Armstrong, 24, of 1214 Red Fern Road in Campbellsville pleaded guilty to first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug supplies, his second offense, possession of less than 8 ounces of marijuana and public intoxication.

Armstrong was sentenced to two years' probation and referred to the Taylor County Drug Court program. The prosecutor has also recommended that Armstrong be granted a five-year pretrial diversion. Formal sentencing is April 21.

u Sherry L. Cox, 34, of 705 Buckner St. in Campbellsville pleaded guilty to criminal facilitation to commit more than $100 in fraudulent use of a credit card within six months and receiving more than $300 in stolen property. She was sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay $431.47 in restitution.

- John Lewis Milby, 23, of 124 Graham Cemetery Road in Greensburg pleaded guilty to 21 counts of criminal possession of forged checks.

The prosecutor has recommended that he be granted a five-year pretrial diversion and ordered to pay $20,863,47 in restitution and follow substance abuse treatment recommendations. Sentencing is May 5.
