Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Feb. 2 docket:

- Ray Noel Grijala, 22, of 108 Shields Court in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to three counts of receiving more than $300 in stolen property, amended from third-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree burglary, and eight counts of theft by unlawful taking of a firearm, prosecutor recommends five years' probation, 30 days in jail and forfeit property currently held as evidence, sentencing is March 2.

- Thomas Jones, 69, of 25 Thomas Drive in Campbellsville, completed terms of three-year diversion granted in August 2006, first-degree wanton endangerment dismissed.

- Anthony McMahan, 52, of 7812 Saloma Road in Campbellsville, sentenced to serve 20 years in prison after being found guilty by a jury last month of two counts of second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, second-degree wanton endangerment and DUI, ordered to pay $1,500 fine and given credit for 276 days already served.

- Phillip J. Sallee, 47, of 3302 Spurlington Road in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to two counts of flagrant non-support in two separate cases, prosecutor recommends three years' probation, sentencing set for March 2; two counts of being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

- Robert Leo Sallee Jr., 35, of Anna Court in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree selling cocaine in three separate cases, prosecutor recommends five years' probation and to pay $360 in restitution to Campbellsville Police Department Drug Elimination Fund, sentencing is March 2; additional count of first-degree selling cocaine dismissed.

- Genia Fay Sherrill, 48, of 941 Summersville Road in Campbellsville, five-year probation sentence revoked for failure to complete the Taylor County Drug Court program, probation had been granted in March 2008 after pleading guilty to possession of drug supplies, second offense, and public intoxication of a controlled substance, sentenced to serve three years in prison with credit given for 146 days already served.

- Shawna Marie Spurling, 37, of 2120 Spurlington Road in Campbellsville, stipulated violating three- and five-year probation sentences granted in November 2009 after pleading guilty to first-degree possession of cocaine and 10 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment in two separate cases by failure to report to probation and parole office, sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with credit given for time already served.

- Shawnta aka Shanita Renee Wilson, 27, of 224 Lincoln Ave. in Campbellsville, stipulated violating shock probation granted in December 2008 on charges of receiving more than $300 in stolen property, growing marijuana and selling a controlled substance within 1,000 yards, pleaded guilty to other charges of assault, theft by unlawful taking and possession of marijuana, sentenced to serve 90 days in jail with credit given for time already served.

- Robert Allen Young Sr., 42, of 219 Roland St. in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation on fourth-offense DUI, pleaded guilty in December, ordered to serve 120 days in jail with credit given for time already served and to attend alcohol and drug education course and have license suspended for 60 months.

Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram's Feb. 3 docket:

- Preston Dean Pyles, 41, of 451 Quisenberry Road in Campbellsville, five-year probation sentence revoked for failure to follow probation and parole guidelines and being in possession of 24 guns, probation had been granted in October after pleading guilty to tampering with physical evidence, obscuring the identity of a machine or other property and four counts of receiving more than $300 in stolen property, 10-year prison sentence reinstated with credit given for 120 days already served.

Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Feb. 16 docket:

- Crystal Gail Clements, 31, of 118 Terri Ave. in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation, first-degree selling a controlled substance, pleaded guilty in January, ordered to pay $135 in restitution to Campbellsville Police Department.

- Clifford Reece, 20, of 517 Cox St. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to theft by deception less than $300, amended from theft by deception more than $300, sentenced to two years' probation, restitution has been paid.

- Greg Watson, 32, of 713 Cottage Court in Campbellsville, shock probation granted on seven-year prison sentence for 22 counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks, identity theft, receiving more than $300 in stolen property, more than $300 in fraudulent insurance acts and more than $100 in fraudulent use of a credit card within a six-month period, pleaded guilty in four separate cases in December 2004, July 2005 and June 2009.

- James Tyler Wilson, 26, of High Pine Apartment #35 in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation on two counts of first-degree selling cocaine, pleaded guilty in two separate cases in January, ordered to serve 180 days in jail and pay $380 in restitution to the Campbellsville Police Department Drug Elimination Fund.
