CES students learn about economics

-A A +A

Campbellsville Elementary School students recently learned about economics from Junior Achievement USA volunteers.

The group is a nonprofit organization financed by businesses, foundations, government and individuals to educate and inspire young people to succeed in a global economy.

The elementary school program is an economics and business curriculum for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

Five volunteers, Karri Lough, Tim Buckner, Morgan Holmes, Jana Dudgeon and John Perry from Serco Global Services in Campbellsville, recently visited a CES third-grade social studies class as part of their economic unit of study.
