Casey girls, E-town boys first at Classic

Casey County waltzed through the girls' tournament while Elizabethtown upended Taylor County for the boys' title in the 13th Annual Coca-Cola/Campbellsville University Holiday Classic last week at Campbellsville High School.

The Lady Rebels won their three games by a total of 85 points, which included a 57-31 triumph over Clinton County in the championship tilt.

Taylor County's Lady Cardinals finished third for the fourth consecutive year while the Lady Eagles of Campbellsville went 0-3.
