Four Campbellsville residents appeared in Marion Circuit Court recently.
- Gilbert Bland, 59, of 232 Brockman Road in Campbellsville was sentenced to five years' probation for second-degree robbery and theft by unlawful taking more than $300. He was ordered to have no contact with Bo's Smoke Shop.
- Andre Remond Johnson, 26, of Taylor Boulevard in Campbellsville was sentenced to five years' probation for first-degree selling cocaine, his first offense. He was ordered to pay a $250 public defender fee, $1,000 fine and $1,260 in restitution to the Lebanon Police Department.
- Eric James Armstrong, 32, 100 Eads St. in Campbellsville was sentenced to three years' probation for 27 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was ordered to pay $145 court costs, a $7,652.76 DCE fee, $100 fine and restitution of $3,127.44 to Simms 208 and $4,525.32 to Big Jim's.
- Amy Marie Badgett, 31, of 2448 McElroy Pike in Campbellsville was found guilty of seven counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Her sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 18.
