Campbellsville residents appear in Marion court

Three Campbellsville residents appeared in Marion Circuit Court recently. They were:

- Tracy Arnette James, 34, of 1014 Reids Chapel Road was sentenced to two years' probation for facilitation to selling a controlled substance. James was ordered to pay court costs, and a charge of being a second-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.

- Matthew L. Cox, 37, of 120 Harris Ave. was sentenced to five years' probation for flagrant non-support. He was ordered to pay $145 court costs.

- Jeremy D. Mings, 29, of 829 Cox Cemetery Road had six counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument dismissed because he completed his pretrial diversion.
