A Campbellsville man will spend five years in prison for selling drugs.
Velvet Mandrell Smith, 26, of 105 McNary St. appeared before Taylor Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram on Tuesday, Dec. 18.
Smith pleaded guilty to first-degree selling cocaine. A second-degree persistent felony offender charge was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Bertram sentenced Smith to serve five years in prison. He was also ordered to pay $100 in restitution to the Campbellsville Police Department Drug Elimination Fund.
