A Campbellsville man was injured about 12:45 p.m. Monday in a two-vehicle crash outside Hodgenville.

Alan Vawadzki, 46, of Hodgenville, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet pickup on Salem Lake Road.

Vawadzki's vehicle crossed the center line and sideswiped a 1994 Ford Ranger pickup driven by Joshua Cash, 29, of Campbellsville. Cash's truck left the roadway and came to rest in a grassy area on the right side of the roadway.

Cash had head and neck injuries, according to LaRue County Sheriff's Deputy Brian Smith, who is investigating the crash.

LaRue County EMS personnel transported Cash to Hardin Memorial Hospital for treatment. At press time, his condition was unknown.

Vawadzki refused medical transport at the scene.

Chief LaRue County Sheriff's Deputy Russell McCoy also responded to the scene.
