A Campbellsville man has been indicted in Marion Circuit Court.
Kyle Mardis, 27, of 101 Grandview was indicted on six counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and being a first-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on or about Dec. 3 and Dec. 4, Mardis had in his possession six checks on another person's account, knowing that they were forged.
If convicted, the charge of being a persistent felony offender could increase any sentence he may receive.
His bond was set at 10 percent of $15,000.
