Thirty students were recognized at the Campbellsville Independent School Board meeting last week.
Each earned "distinguished" test scores in all areas tested for their grade level last year.
In the Commonwealth Accountability Testing System, better known as CATS, students' scores are calculated on four levels: novice, apprentice, proficient and distinguished. The statewide goal is for all students to reach proficient status by 2014.
