After two years of work, Taylor County School Board members approved a facilities plan that would see construction of a new school in the coming years.
During a special meeting Monday night, Board members gave unanimous approval to the plan that calls for the construction of a new school and reorganization of the District's three current facilities.
Prior to the meeting, a hearing took place to collect public comment on the plan. There were no written comments and no one in the audience spoke.
