Aviation student has his head in the clouds

Dylan Skaggs has his head in the clouds. But that’s a good thing.
A self-described “D-average student” before, Dylan, 16, is now focused on his school work, thanks to Taylor County High School’s aviation class.
“It’s really changed my perspective on school,” he said. “Aviation is really important to me and now I know what I need to do to be an airline pilot.”
