Asbury youth raise money for mission camp

The youth at Asbury United Methodist Church are having a penny and small change drive to help raise funds for a mission camp.

The goal is to reach 1 million cents. All of the funds raised will help Asbury's youth attend a week of mission camp at Kentucky Heartland Outreach in Bowling Green. KHO provides free home repair to homeowners who qualify.

During the camp, Asbury's youth will work on construction crews for these homeowners.

"Every little bit helps," Asbury Youth Pastor Jason Tiller said.
