The Center for Rural Development is now accepting applications from rising high school juniors in Taylor County for the 2013 summer sessions of the Rogers Scholars youth leadership program.

The program provides leadership and scholarship opportunities for high school students within The Center's 45 county primary service area in Southern and Eastern Kentucky to receive the skills needed to become the region's next generation of leaders.
