Annual essay contest offers new dimension

-A A +A
By Becky Cassell, Editor

What is right with our world? What is wrong? And what can we do about it?

These are the thoughts Greater Campbellsville United and the News-Journal are asking you to express in the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. essay contest in honor of King's birthday celebration on Monday, Jan. 19.

And if you win, not only will you get some great prizes, you'll also win the honor of helping GCU Director Wanda Washington plan an event or activity that reflects the beliefs and values King displayed so many years ago.
