A Taylor County teenager was injured in a one-vehicle crash last Wednesday on KY 70.
According to a Taylor County Sheriff's Office report, Brittany Mattingly, 18, of 3330 Elk Horn Road, was traveling east on KY 70 in a 2002 Ford Focus.
As Mattingly drove in a curve, the report states, she left the roadway and struck a sign post and then a wire fence.
Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS personnel transported Mattingly to Taylor Regional Hospital for treatment of a neck injury. She was treated and released.

Two women were injured in a crash last Thursday on KY 55.
According to a Taylor County Sheriff's Office report, Melissa Rogers, 38, of 900 Old Spurlington Road in Campbellsville, was traveling north on KY 55 at 2:14 p.m.
According to the report, as Rogers was turning her 2004 Chevrolet van left into a business on KY 55, she turned into the path of a 2000 Chevrolet driven by Amanda Weiand, 21, of 5183 Highway 379 in Russell Springs.

A Summersville man has been charged with his third DUI offense.
Ronnie Dale Meadows, 37, of 624 Quincy Dobson Road, was arrested Saturday, April 13, at 12:29 a.m.
According to court records, Campbellsville Police Officer Brandon Wilson saw Meadows driving on East Broadway without illuminated headlights.
Records state that, after Wilson began driving behind him, Meadows drove in the middle of both lanes of traffic.
After stopping Meadows, Wilson wrote in court records, he smelled alcohol on him.

A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with stealing another person's identity.
Justin Denney, 33, of 1458 Smith Chapel Road, was arrested Saturday, April 13, at 4:03 p.m.
According to court records, Denney allegedly opened four credit cards in the name of a person who has Alzheimer's.
Records state that, when interviewed, Denney told Campbellsville Police Officer Roy Rodgers that he "possibly" committed the crime but wanted to speak with an attorney.

A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with endangering a minor by not reporting that the minor had been sexually assaulted.
Link R. Biggs, 48, of 340 Ebenezer Road, was arrested Friday, April 12, at 4:49 p.m.
According to Biggs' arrest warrant, he allegedly knew that a minor had been sexually assaulted between Jan. 26 and March 22 and didn't report it or act on the information.
The warrant states that Biggs also continued to leave the minor with the alleged perpetrator, who is her primary caretaker.

A Campbellsville woman has been treated and released after a two-vehicle crash last Saturday on Saloma Road.
According to a Taylor County Sheriff's Office report, Rondal Honeycutt, 66, of 4129 Wooleyville Road in Campbellsville, was traveling north on Saloma Road at 12:32 p.m. in a 1997 Ford Ranger truck. The report states that Brittany Milby, 25, of 425 Timothy Trail in Campbellsville, was traveling south in a 1993 Nissan.
At the intersection of Saloma Road and Old Pitman Road, Honeycutt attempted to turn left and turned into Milby's path.
