A Kentucky Southern Gospel Singing Convention will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Community Center on Hodgenville Road.
Groups performing will be The Gospel Cavaliers, The Believers of the Cross, The Sextons, The Samaritans, The Gospel Crusaders, Heart and Soul and others.

Love Lockman of Seymour, Ind. is the guest speaker. She will be speaking on "Becoming Women of Power and Purpose" including self-esteem, letting go of things we can't control, our need for each other, controlling our thoughts and the power of God's word.

First Cumberland Presbyterian Church will offer an Easter presentation "It Is Finished" on Saturday, April 3 at 7 p.m.
The cantata, led by David Brashear, minister of music, offers another look at the events of Easter and what it means to Christians today.

Campbellsville Worship Center will present "Spring Awakening 2010" tomorrow through Sunday.
Services are at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sunday. Guest ministers are Mitch and Tammy Bouton of Elizabethton, Tenn.
Contemporary worship is planned at every service.

First United Methodist Church will host a presentation on the Holy Land Sunday at 6 p.m.
The Rev. Laura Harris of Columbia will be the evening's guest speaker. She will give a presentation of her recent tour of the Holy Land and show photos relating to Bible stories. She will also tell about what life is like in that part of the world today.

Jesus Name Church will host its 71st anniversary services March 25-26.
Thursday night's speaker will be Elder Jerry Bratcher of Hartford, Ky. while Friday's speaker is Elder Raymond Suttles of Russellville.
A fellowship meal will follow the Friday service.

"Find It Here" is an effort by Kentucky Baptist Association Churches to deliver a Gospel presentation to as many as 1.5 million homes in Kentucky by Easter 2010.
All KBA churches in Taylor County are participating.
